Días de Campo 2019 x theBasement IS BACK, and better than ever.

If you are one of the many people searching for a festival which offers only the best experience and music, then look no further. theBasement’s Dias de Campo returns to the beautiful mountains of Montanejos for its third edition this coming May.

For those that aren’t aware, Dias de Campo is a well-established fixture of Valencia’s festival scene, and despite only being the third edition, believe that theBasement team will deliver on their ultimate promise; infusing the natural environment and groovy House music to create an ever-unique experience.

Across a plethora of venues, including that of Veles et Vents in the Port of Valencia, Masia discoteca and many more ideal open-air spots, theBasement have created some of the best all-nighters Valencia has seen, all of which have come together to form the foundations from which theBasement team build upon year-on-year.

montanejos

theBasement returns to the idyllic hanging-gardens of Montanejos, which offers not only a perfect sun-lounging experience, where you can kick back and soak up the sun, but also one where you can retire from those hot temperatures expected in May and cool-off in its blissful instagrammable springs.

Take a walk in the mountains to uncover some of the most incredible mountains upon which your eyes have laid. This is where the phenomenal thermal water lagoons shape your experience and trust us, they do not disappoint.

Feel the atmosphere change as sun-down approaches the beautiful Montanejan-mountains in the late-afternoon, as swimsuits are put a side and dancing attire is equipped, all boogy-ers report to the dance-floor and exhibit their freshest moves.

Although these unforgettable experiences are supported by the breathtaking surroundings, the music must not be forgotten. With the likes of Young MarcoBradley Zero,  Interstellar FunkJimmy Rouge, Chrissy, Sammy DeeTiago and MLiR featuring in the previous two editions of Dias de Campo, it was only expected that we continue to raise the bar with respect to the quality of music that we have playing at this festival.

We continue our love-affair with House music coming from the other side of the English Channel, as British-born Joy Orbison (top right) packs his bags ready to headline Dias de Campo 2019 and being one of the London post-dubstep scene’s most celebrated figures, we expect this to set the pace for the rest of the festival.

Also from the United Kingdom, Manchester specifically, coming to headline the much-anticipated event is Jon K (top left) (Dekmantel/NTS) and Hamish Cole (bottom right)(Dimensions Festival/Butter-Side Up) from Leeds.

To put the icing on the cake, Pépe (bottom left) – DJ Mag’s-voted “Spanish Producer of the Year” – will also be joining us in the Valencian mountains of Montanejos, as he joins the rest of theBasement resident crew (Boranimals, Electrronicall, AAPAES, Charlie Whatever, Toni Copas) to take us on a journey through the history of dance music, from its origins, to its present.
