Pero hay l\u00edmites a los que no llegamos yendo al club. Para eso est\u00e1n los documentales (que hay otros a parte de los de leones), y estos que os traigo hoy est\u00e1n bastante chulis.<\/p>\n<p>El primero es el reci\u00e9n estrenado \u201cWhy we dj \u2013 Slaves to the rhythm\u201d. Viene de la mano de DJSounds y en sus 40 minutos nos adentramos en el estilo de vida de djs de la talla de Seth Troxler, Carl Cox, Luciano o Pete Tong. El documental trata de reflejar la realidad de esta profesi\u00f3n y las consecuencias que puede tener en la salud, tanto f\u00edsica como mental. Los mismos djs, managers y psic\u00f3logos hablan de viajes, falta de sue\u00f1o y drogas. De c\u00f3mo afecta el pasar de estar rodeado por 500 personas a la soledad de la habitaci\u00f3n de hotel.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cElectronic music let me feel emotions I was incapable of really feeling or understanding myself.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m addicted to the feeling of connecting with a crowd and controlling the vibe.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDJ\u2019s are continuous. There is always something happening. I mean DJ\u2019s seemed to pride themselves on doing as many gigs in a year as possible. It\u2019s always summer somewhere, there\u2019s always a huge festival that can\u2019t be missed so it doesn\u2019t allow for that period of decompress.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><iframe src=\"\" width=\"100%\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>El siguiente todav\u00eda no est\u00e1 disponible, pero tiene fecha de estreno pr\u00f3xima, el 4 de noviembre. Se trata de \u201cManchester Keeps On Dancing\u201d, documental firmado por el c\u00e1mara madrile\u00f1o Javi Senz, que repasa la historia del house en Manchester, desde su llegada desde Chicago en los 80, pasando por la revoluci\u00f3n que supuso el acid house y los 30 a\u00f1os que le siguieron hasta hoy. Interesante ser\u00e1, porque incluye im\u00e1genes in\u00e9ditas de The Ha\u00e7ienda y entrevistas con Seth Troxler, Carl Craig, Laurent Garnier o Greg Wilson entre otros.<\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"\" width=\"100%\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><br \/>\nY de regalo va este documental que sali\u00f3 ayer (no). Pero esa es la magia. Se trata de un documental de 1983 donde se recogen los primeros sonidos electr\u00f3nicos y el origen de las t\u00e9cnicas digitales a partir de los sintetizadores anal\u00f3gicos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDiscovering Electronic Music\u201d es una mirada al pasado, donde bajo la banda sonora de Jean-Claude Risset, Douglas Leedy o Rory Kaplan entre otros, podemos hacernos una idea de lo que significaban todos los avances electr\u00f3nicos de entonces para la m\u00fasica; una m\u00fasica que no imaginaban entonces que tan r\u00e1pido iba a evolucionar.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cOne of the things that I enjoy most about electronic music is its immediacy. The composer normally waits quite a long time between the time he puts notes on paper and here is this piece performed in a concert hall, but a composer working with electronic music is more like a painter or a sculptor who works directly with this medium.
