House favourite Purple Disco Machine reveal a funk-heavy remix of \u2018Mont Blanc\u2019, the latest release from Mind Enterprises. The original version of the track was released last week and has already received support from Pete Tong, Erick Morillo, Guy Mantzur, Adana Twins and LUXXURY.<\/p>\n<p>Mind Enterprises will headline London\u2019s The Victoria on 1 May as well as taking to the road to join indie-electronic band Confidence Man on their huge and highly anticipated tour this spring.<\/p>\n<p>Drawing from the synth-powered Italo that defined the era, \u2018Mont Blanc\u2019 is fuelled by groovy, disco-adjacent basslines, spellbinding drum patterns and cosmic odysseys that traverse continents. It follows the release of his razor-sharp EP \u2018Panorama\u2019 in November last year, and further hones in on his intoxicating new sound that represents a more spontaneous approach to songwriting.<\/p>\n<p><iframe width=\"100%\" height=\"300\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"no\" allow=\"autoplay\" src=\"%3A%23ff5500&#038;auto_play=false&#038;hide_related=false&#038;show_comments=true&#038;show_user=true&#038;show_reposts=false&#038;show_teaser=true&#038;visual=true\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Mind Enterprises said:\u00a0<em>\u201c<\/em><em>The question that inspired me working on \u2018Mont Blanc\u2019: what if Kraftwerk wrote one more song for their great Trans-Europe Express LP, but they made it disco?\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Mind Enterprises is the aesthetic universe and musical dreamworld of Turin-raised producer Andrea Tirone. Born in 1985, Tirone perceives his ever-growing collection of vintage synthesisers like a\u00a0<em>\u201cpalette of colours\u201d<\/em>, or an orchestra of performers.\u00a0<em>\u201cEvery single machine has a distinctive sound that is exclusively the sound of that machine\u201d<\/em>, he says, describing the charity shops in his new home of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria as\u00a0<em>\u201cheaven\u201d<\/em>, and noting how he has bought\u00a0<em>\u201ca few things for really stupid prices\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The live universe of Mind Enterprises is just as colourful and larger-than-life as his songs and videos, featuring an abundance of analogue synthesisers and pastel shell-suits.
